We had a lovely summer stay here, great location near many beaches in a spacious, bright bungalow. We visited different beaches every day and they were all within 15 minutes from the house. Tracey was very responsive and communicated with us promptly whenever we needed bits of information. We would love to come back for another holiday there, it was perfect for our family needs!

All good apart from there being no tea towels, towels or bedding a little awkward for a traveller but I enjoyed my own pillows just not ideal when your cars small and you have to bring all the extra bits, I think the reason for this is the hosts don’t want to wash the bedding regularly as I forgot to brush the floor and empty The plates from draining rack before leaving which they was not very happy about

My overall stay was very pleasant it’s very roomy, clean, bright n comfortable. Everything you want in a holiday home. Easy to find had everything we needed, plenty of hot water the heating was very easy to use. Wi-Fi and stream tv for evenings so we could watch family movies at night. Clubhouse and shop overall good. I would give it a 9 half out of Ten. A few minor downsides but can easy be rectified by the host. Was only left with one bin liner stayed for a week family of 4 maybe suggest leaving an extra one in a draw, also no curtain only net in the kitchen felt like I was being watched especially at night with the light on as the person directly opposite can see straight in. I did turn up early drove 5 hours from London got there in good time dropped our stuff off went to Tesco. The Host messaged me very upset I arrived 2 hours early and didn’t ask to go in? Check in was 4pm we arrived at 2 and host turned up at 3 to check not flexible unless asking first if can arrive early.

Our stay here was wonderful, lovely clean bungalow had everything we needed with beautiful beaches nearby. Host was easily contactable we would definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

We stayed at Tracey's bungalow for four nights in June. We loved the fact that it had three bedrooms, a dishwasher and washing machine, a fridge and freezer, a garden and a bath. The open plan kitchen, living and dining room was really spacious and nice to come back to at the end of a long day out. The location is great for the nearby beaches and Padstow, but the holiday park itself is dated and the playground and bar/restaurant could do with a bit of TLC. We didn't really use either. We brought our own portable blackout curtains which (for us) was essential. We also had a thick quilt which came in handy as two out of the four mattresses were pretty uncomfortable to lie on. You could feel the hard springs through them, so we used the quilt to make at least one of them softer to lie on. No outdoor furniture right now but Tracey offered that we could take the dining room chairs outside. She was a responsive and helpful host. Overall a nice stay.
