Cole’s place is a great find. It’s clean and updated, well laid out and convenient. It’s also in a great location, close to town but far enough out to avoid the traffic on event weekends. Cole was a great communicator who is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family coming to town!

Cole’s house is everything advertised and more— it is very welcoming and, in the words of my grandmother, felt like we were in a friend’s home. The 7 of us who came up for summer graduation were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a relaxing atmosphere for quality family time before and after the commencement activities. Cole is an awesome host who checked in both before and throughout our stay to ensure that the house met our expectations and that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Stayed at Cole's place for graduation weekend. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The decor and set-up was perfect. Spacious for a family to stay. We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough room. Location is great and close to campus. We would definately stay at Cole's place again and would also recommend to others.

The house was great. New furnishings and nice touches everywhere we looked. The house very comfortably slept my family of 6 with room to spare. Cole clearly communicated before and during the trip and was a great host. The location was great as well. Very close to campus (3 minute drive) and close to a lot of businesses/restaurants but located on a quiet street. I’d highly recommend both the house and the host!
