The property is right in the center of Lyme Regis, 5 mins walk to the beach and surrounded by the nicest restaurants, coffee shops and amenities. Its slightly set back and up from the road so peaceful despite its location. All rooms were very well cleaned and there was a really nice attention to detail in the way things were set up. The apartment itself has a comfortable social space, small but perfectly adequate kitchen and decent bathroom. Enjoyable to have a meal and hang out in but if you do eat out I would recommend booking a table in one of the restaurants as they get busy.

Cozy, clean little flat with nice sized rooms. Kitchen was very functional and had many amenities. Great location! Near to shops, restaurants, and shoreline where there is a great coast path.

Our family of 4 plus a pup really enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculate and in the perfect location. It was set slightly back from the high street so very quiet and close to the beach, amusements, bars/ restaurants, etc. We parked in the NCP almost opposite, it was a very tight car park but did manage to find a space. The complimentary items were a lovely touch too - thank you very much. We would love to come back soon to explore more of the area and would 100% stay here again.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Lyme Regis. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was kitted out with everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. We had an issue with the boiler when we arrived and it was sorted promptly. We parked in the NCP which isn’t the cheapest (£13 for 24hrs if you use the app) but is certainly the most convenient when you have luggage and young children! Overall we would definitely return again in the future.
