The caravan is in a really nice place within Haggerston Castle and is a nice walk to the main complex. It is in its own cul-de-sac, so it isn't as noisy as some locations. The property is well heated, has good wifi, and a good TV. There were no shelves in the oven, and the microwave was very difficult to figure out, so all of my meals were bought from the shops or main complex, which wasn't ideal. There was also some food in the cupboards, which was interesting to see, except some of the tins had a best before date of Dec 2022, which didn't fill me with much confidence. The place was also a bit untidy when I got there. A tin foil piece was on the kitchen floor and used cable ties left out.

We had a nice stay, using the caravan as a base to explore the local area. Jessica was very helpful before and during our stay, responding very quickly when we had a couple of questions. The facilities at the Haven site itself are a bit run down and need an update but there were so many nice beaches and sights to see nearby, we didn't need to spend much time there. The caravan was not completely clean when we arrived but a quick hoover around sorted this out. Overall we had a nice stay and the caravan was a good size for us and our two children for the week.

Jessica was a really responsive host. The caravan is in a great location on the site, close to facilities but off the main toad through. We had a great holiday exploring beautiful Northumberland.

Jessica'splace is immaculate really enjoyed our stay my two granddaughters had a fantastic time ,I would recommend this to anyone .
