Max's place was a great house. Plenty of room, very clean, and nicely outfitted. The location was also great, centrally located with easy access to all the towns we wanted to visit-from Camden to Boothbay Harbor, even went to Acadia. Dog friendly also for our pooch. Win win! book it, you won't regret it.

Ideal in every way - the interior was spacious and well laid-out, with the windows and balconies adding to the expansive feeling. The location was perfect for me, with family nearby and lots to do in nearby Damariscotta, even in the winter (when many things are closed). I’ve stayed at smaller places in this complex before and it is very safe, great for walking dogs (I brought one small one), and the view is lovely, by the water and the bridge to Wiscasset. A real gem of a place and everything was spotless. As a final note, Max was great at replying quickly and very helpful!

A great home in a great neighborhood! Plenty of room to spread out and the flexible kid room beds are really lovely. Several lovely touches included cast iron to cook with, options for how to make your morning beverage, & the large in-unit washer & dryer. Max was incredibly responsive - such a great host! We hope to return!
