The main hall also boasts of some wonderful books to read and board games to play. The hall is also decorated with beautiful colourful flowers , a 3D jigsaw puzzle world map which adorn the look of the hall. You also get a dining table in hall with 6 chairs to enjoy your meal inside BREAKFAST/DINNER/MEALS : When you plan to eat in house , you can order and enjoy the most delicious hot breakfast and meals from popular outlets in Colva/ Madgaon easily from swiggy or zomato. They regularly service to the property. Also we are in contact with a local friendly Goan lady who can provide authentic goan homemade meals upon request. KITCHEN : The separate kitchen is equipped with a modular kitchen, gas stove, Microwave, kettle, mixer grinder, washing machine, full fridge, toaster, UV water filter, all necessary utensils and cutlery's with plates, spoons, glasses to enjoy your breakfast and meal experience. Child friendly crockery also available. You also get two large dryer stands in both balconies to dry your wet clothes after using the washing machine. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: -Check-In Time: 13:30 hours onwards -Check-out Time: Latest by 10:00 hours *Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval* 2. SMOKING: -Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/ society premises. Please adhere to this as it inconveniences any future non-smoking guests. 3. SWIMMING POOL: -Kindly observe the pool timings. -Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. -Lifeguards are not available at the swimming pool. -Glassware, drinking, and bottles are prohibited in the swimming pool area. -Please use appropriate swimwear in the swimming pool. *The management team, homeowners, and their employees are not responsible for any accidents* 4. VISITOR POLICY: -Guests are not permitted to enter the property at any time. -The Homeowner or management team may at their discretion permit any visitor at the property, however, all visitors must be approved in advance through the booking process. 5. Complete Cleaning and sanitisation of the apartment is done only ONCE prior to Check-in for which we have included the cleaning fees in your tariff. Additionally, cleaning can be arranged at Rs. 200 per day. please inform us in advance to make arrangements. Please pay directly to the cleaner in Cash. 6. GUEST BELONGINGS: -Please lock all the doors and windows of the property when going out or to sleep. -Do not leave the keys in the door. We have a key storage locker outside the main door which is password enabled. The password will be shared with you prior to check-in. Please keep your keys in there for safety. *We will not accept responsibility for the loss of any of the guest's belongings. 7. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: -Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment and its fixtures, fittings, glass or breakable items etc. Any damage caused to the property during the stay shall be the responsibility of the guest to cover the loss. 8. OTHERS: -As the property is surrounded by nature, there will be regular bouts of insects and mosquitoes. Kindly keep the doors and windows shut in the evening to avoid them from coming indoors. There is a net in the living room. Would advise you to please close the nets to avoid any insects. -Please segregate your waste into the correct bins. We take pride in trying to keep Goa clean and unseparated waste is against the local panchayat law. -Please do not make excessive noise or parties in the apartment. This interferes with the tranquility and inconveniences all the other residents.en
