We had a great time at Casa Felix. The communication with Jijesh and his team (Lily and Jahangir) was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, luxurious and super clean. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and all the beaches are very close to the property. Would absolutely recommend staying there! Thank you!

First of all - the location is far from its point on the map. (1 mile away from the sea). Its located RIGHT IN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA, don’t be mistaken by “nearby”, ill try to attach some photos, concrete from construction site comes to swimming pool where I found chilling frog. The pool itself is VERY dirty. All the above is about surrounding. Didn’t come inside and left the property. VERY loud due to construction work. Later could be very good property for those who ok taking a ride to get to the sea and after fishing of all the construction. Before - should be considered with real photos.

The place is not located in the area given in the map, quite far and remote from the beach lane. The house is surrounded by the under construction houses from all the sides which makes too much noise and no privacy as those construction workers can easily look inside from the windows. The pool was too dirty to go in for which host is charging the hefty amount. And the Care taker told me the water in the pool is never changed since he was appointed. There was no light in one of the bathroom and the worst part is host never replies on time after he booking as he has got all the money in advance and Airbnb is unable to help you they keep on repeating they are looking into the issue with host and the host doesn’t even reply to them. So it’s a very good place to stay if want to ruin your vacation and money like I did.

The house is beautiful and just as shown in photos. the caretaker Abhishek was very helpful and really went an extra mile to ensure that the service was good. Now to the not so good parts, first floor didn't have internet at all, even the network was bad for Voda and Jio users. There is construction all around, that means some recurring noise and feeling of impaired privacy in pool. These issues aside we felt straight at home inside the place. Would recommend people after a year or so, when the construction around has completed.

Jijesh place is a modern villa exactly as shown in the pictures, very tastefully done up and very close to the main road leading to colva beach (just 1km), the pool was a lovely addition to the whole experience. The housekeeping help was very helpful and available promptly and ensured our stay was good. It’s a great place for a trip with for large groups, friends and family. There was a master bedroom in the ground floor with kitchen and two bedrooms in the first floor each with en-suite toilet n bathrooms and another kitchen in the first floor too. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The caretaker also helped us book a taxi for our dinner bookings.
