When you walk over stone slabs placed in the middle of a pond to enter, you already know this is going to be a great stay! With not one but two pools, both overlooking the sea, you can imagine the kind of fun times you can have here with your group. Its interiors are beautifully designed too For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules and Policies thoroughly. The Space Let me walk you through the villa: BEDROOMS: - There are 3 rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided at an additional cost. BATHROOMS: - There are 3 bathrooms - all attached. - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS: - The living room seats up to 8 people. - It offers a TV and a music system. - There is a swimming pool with a view of the ocean. - It is 5 ft. in depth. - Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. KITCHEN & MEALS: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 8 people. - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. - Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. - A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability. - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Guests can also eat out in nearby eateries like Colaso Bar and Krutika Bar and Restaurant. COMMON AMENITIES: - Power back up, wardrobe - Iron, torch, hairdryer - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Indoor and outdoor games - Driver accommodation

Before reaching this property, our day was not going well and we were concerned if the property will also not be satisfactory. We all said let’s be prepared for a potential bad experience surprise. However, the moment we reached the property, we were like WHOA!!! It indeed was surprise, BUT definitely a great one. All of us were more than satisfied and enjoyed the property. I don’t think I spent my money anywhere in Goa better than here. So hats off to the owner and the whole team who were super helpful, provided a great experience. PS - we have a havit of comparing our stay to properties like Taj, Marriot and others. This property stood out 10 times better than these. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
It's a wonderful villa with all the amenities you require from an Airbnb. The house looks gorgeous, same as in the pictures. The pool is large and well maintained. It’s not too deep so those who don’t know swimming can also enjoy it. They even had some TinTin comics which took me back to my childhood. The location is great, on top of a hill. Swiggy/Zomato deliver quickly and there are lots of options. It’s 7 mins away from Dabolim airport as well. Pawan the caretaker is diligent and helpful.
A lovely place to spend some quite time in South Goa. Goa Airport is just 10min drive from this place. Local dining options were limited but swiggy n zomato delivery was available at this location.
The property is just as it appears in the picture (even better if I am not lying). I booked this for my birthday celebration with few friends. Th property is super clean and there is a helper available all the time. You can get contacts for foods and drinks and everything will be delivered at doorstep, we didn't have to step outside as who would want to leave such a beautiful property. My main priority is pictures and I have gotten Amazin shots for Instagram. It has inbuilt bluetooth speakers as well and it is just 10-15 min away from the airport. I would highly recommend this property.
Awsome ville and the view, had a good time with my friends. Will definately visit the ville.
