15 mars au 12 avril 2024 David et son équipe ont été des "personnes ressources" tout à fait EXEMPLAIRES. Lors des moments où j'ai eu à les contacter pour quelque soit la raison, j'ai été capable d'avoir une réponse dans les minutes suivantes et ce à tout moment. Ils ont été d'une efficacité incroyable et d'une courtoisie de haut calibre. Toujours prête à nous accommoder et efficace. Je tiens à les remercier et j'espère que tous les propriétaires ont des gens comme dans l'équipe de David pour donner une qualité de travail et une implication de "5 ÉTOILES" ***** comme nous avons eu. Great communication, wonderful location and spotless clean apartment. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at David’s apartment and highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Nice.

We had a great stay here. The self check in instructions were super clear, which was especially important for us as we arrived late at night. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen equipped with everything you'd need even for a longer stay, the Wi Fi was ok for our needs. David and the rest of the team were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is pretty convenient as well - a ~10min walk from the coast and the pedestrian zone, and different markets and restaurants nearby.

Good location, close to the train station, beach and city centre. Spacious apartment and David was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
