If you select Chaz's place because you want to enjoy Rainbow River, you can't do better. The private launch place and park are perfect. We took out at KP Hole and it took about 1.5 hours to reach the private entrance at Chaz's community. When we go back, we will just take out there and not Rainbow Springs Park or KP Hole. We felt like we would have enjoyed his place way more if we brought friends or family to take full advantage of all the equipment he offers and the fire pit with chairs all around it. We loved the big TV's!

Chaz was an amazing host very patient; answered all my questions extremely quickly. The property is in an amazing spot right by a private side of river and 10 minute drive away from the state park. The extra amenities are amazing, everything was thorough and it’s obvious the host puts time and effort into making sure everything goes smoothly. On the inside the house is very clean, spacious, the kitchen has all appliances; even includes extras like board games, DVD player with a LOT of movies, and the main bedroom has a smart TV. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, felt very safe in the area. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Loved this little weekend getaway. Would come back here to float down the rainbow river anytime! Everything was great from the private park, to the ease of getting the paddle board and kayak down to the river and the cozy feel of the home at the end of the day. My only complaint is the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable. I would just be sure to bring my own pillow next time. All in all, I would stay here again and the rainbow river is now my favorite springs spot!

Great location with access to the river and having the kayaks and cart to shuttle them was fantastic
