Place was exactly as described. They had plenty of extra towels and extras around the house to make it comfy. Really quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the water and shopping. My dog loved the spacious back yard. We needed a quiet place to relax and unwind yet still have a fun adventure, this was it. I'm a native of Florida and have frequent many springs but this stay made me feel extra special.

We loved our stay at Richard and Leslie’s! Every component of a perfect day on the river from kayaks and paddle boards to a fire pit and firewood were there for us. The home was clean and welcoming, and the hosts were quick to respond to any and all questions. Thank you!

A great little place near town for groceries & dining (about 5-10 min away) but far enough in the "country" to be very peaceful! The neighborhood was quiet and use of the golf cart, paddle boards, and kayaks plus a great screened-in porch really made this place stand out. An amply-stocked kitchen was also appreciated, as we often find ourselves "cooking at home" when staying at AirBNB's. They even had a couple of doggie dishes for our pooches. Richard's place was clean and cozy- I only wish we could have spent more time there! I would definitely return in the future given the chance. Very comfortable for our family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay. The fenced backyard was a plus for our dogs. The golf cart to get to private area was great. Lots of groceries and stores near by. The Rainbow Springs state park is outstanding and near by .
