Another great weekend at one of Chaz’ places on the river. We enjoyed ourself in the bigger place this time with extended family who joined us. Having all of the kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes made for such an easy get a way. We absolutely love the private park and spent the majority of our time there. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Everything was clean (that is a big statement from me) and organized. Standing fans in every bedroom was nice! Owner has thought of everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Bikes were a huge hit for the kids and there were sizes for everyone. Kayaks were great! The golf cart was a great addition and made our back and forth to the park very enjoyable. The kids rode bikes and we rode the golf cart. The park was very nice and clear for the kids to swim and snorkle. We never needed anything that was not provided but owner was very responsive when we did reach out. Cant wait to stay again!

It was a very very nice stay for my husband and myself. Clear instructions for getting there and entry. We did have a bit of trouble opening the lockbox. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the river, the golf cart and the neighborhood. All in all a great time. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Great place my whole family loved it! Having the kayaks and golf cart available was amazing. We loved being able to use the park and kayak whenever we wanted. My kids enjoyed all of the yard games. Great place to relax!
