Had a lovely stay at the cottage , we shared with another family and it still felt very spacious. We loved the design of the cottage, the open plan bathtub in the master bedroom was great, so was the fire in the kitchen. This was our first trip to the Lake District, and although we didn’t bring bikes, there was a handy bike shed available. We did trips to Coniston, ,Windermere, and Keswick. The best thing was to be able to walk up from the house to see the lovely views and surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely stunning cottage. We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage to take my parents to. - Bath with a view - Comfy sofas with log fire - Views on top of the hill are stunning - Great location to the lakes Was a dream week away and we would love to visit again! X

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The place is even better than what the photos show. The real Christmas tree with decorations was a really provided free of charge made it extra special.

The cottage is amazing. Just as pictured. Clean, comfortable and private. We stayed for 2 weeks with two babies, two dogs and various friends and family joining us. Wendy, the owner/host, is lovely and very responsive. She made our stay smooth & perfect. It was a fabulous holiday and we’d love to return. Highly recommend.

Home from a fabulous stay at the cottage. lovely well equipped property, furnished to a high standard, very clean and spacious for a large group. lovely accommodating couple too. Thank you, we had a great time!
