They fail to mention you have people upstairs and you can hear everything!! There's no insulation to block the noise. The garage won't fit anything bigger than a compact car so our van and the upstairs suburban couldn't fit. We had to park miles away where there was paid parking and walk. Parking is a joke. After arriving, the door wouldn't lock so we had all of our important belongs had to go with us every time we left the house. When I tried to contact the company about any of the many issues we had, no response back. Not once. For what this place costs, there should be a way to lock the door or a place to park or someone to respond when you have an issue, or a way to sleep without hearing the people upstairs breathing. The worst part honestly was the way they advertise this place as a house to yourself without mentioning that your only renting the downstairs and you can hear every conversation, every movement from upstairs.

I had just broke my elbow and needed a vacation so badly so this was my first vacation in a while and it did not disappoint! I’ve never had such an easy process and a beautiful and clean home with no issues! Thank you Vacasa

I really enjoyed staying at this airbnb, super clean and the neighbors were very friendly. One thing i can say was that there was a bit of confusion with the garage situation and it was only the downstairs area that we had, the upstairs was another airbnb that we didn’t get notified about but other than that it was super enjoyable! Loved the area and the space was very clean and nice.

The location is perfect due to its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and parks. The amenities were good, water pressure was amazing, and patio was very enjoyable place to relax. It was very unfortunate that they advertised two queen beds in two of the bedrooms and they were only full size, which made a huge difference for us. Also, the upstairs unit is very loud due to the hard flooring. They should consider adding rugs to help deafen the noise. The guests upstairs sounded like they may come through the ceiling in the evenings. Overall great place for what we needed and the ability to bring our dogs along made it well worth the stay!
