This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever booked ever. The location is amazing we parked and walked everywhere. There is the best bakery one block away that’s open 24 hours, we went there for breakfast everyday. The beach is a 3 min walk, very clean and beautiful. The house was huge fit all ten of us. The neighborhood is quiet and the people that live there were so nice. Honestly if you want a relaxing get away without all the chaos of California this is the best house you can get!!!

Our stay in Newport Beach was nothing short of fantastic. The location was a highlight, providing the perfect setting for our trip. Communication was impeccable; they were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the initial booking to check-out, their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable. The home itself was a haven of comfort and style. A little future TLC may be needed, but nothing to stop us from coming back. Every corner reflected thoughtful design, and amenities were plentiful. We felt right at home throughout our stay, and the memories created in this cozy abode will undoubtedly linger.

Honest review. If the most important factor in deciding which place to rent is location, and you want to save money, then this place will accomplish both. But beware, this place is run down and not kept up well. The fridge doesn't supply water or ice, there are baseboards missing all over, the floors are very loud, and the walls have no noise barrier. There is no vacuum or dustpan, so massive amounts of sand are found under beds, and all over the house. After a week at the beach, it's a sand pit in there. The back porch is dirty, with lots of spider webs. The beds are actually pretty comfortable, but the sheets are too small and don't stay on. There were no trash bags or laundry soap, so you'll need to bring both. There were ants all over the house, including in the beds. The best part is the location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. But it may be the worst maintained short term rental property in the area. I'm summary, the location is great, everything else is not.
