There is a large open plan Living & Dining room at the front which is perfect for comfortable relaxation after a day exploring south Devon or relaxing on the beach. The natural wood floors, feature cast iron fireplace with wooden surround, and wood burning stove create a cosy atmosphere. Seating, dining and working areas are thoughtfully provided. A large modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, white gloss cupboards and a range cooker provides a space for informal meals and relaxing breakfasts. The heating system is automated with motion sensors and thermostats on each radiator. Towel rails can be managed independently of the heating system in the small WC and en-suite, with an electric hot air heater in the family bathroom.
