Franklin was very responsive. I liked the location. Buses and restaurants are a short walk away.

Spacious and clean BnB. Felt safe. Hosts were extremely responsive. There is a long flight of stairs to get to the unit, but that’s to be expected in San Fran. Overall, great stay!

Nice place to stay in Bernal Heights. The entrance from the street is not enticing but once you go up the stairs it has a very nice view of the street below with a fantastic sandwich shop right across the street. Great restaurants about a 15 minute walk north toward downtown. Access to safeway is super easy and close for breakfast, lunch and snack foods. We were worried about parking but it was super easy about a block away. Also when you stay there, check out Mitchells down the street for ice cream. If you go at night there is a half hour wait but worth it...
