Great house and super close to downtown Fruita, definitely would recommend for groups... especially mountain bikers!
Our stay here was so comfortable - we felt at home right away. The kitchen was great and set-up perfectly for meal cooking, the garage was very spacious and made bicycle storage easy, and there were lots of fun games available that my son just loved. So convenient, close to downtown and all the trail systems!
It was a very nice place, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to downtown to walk tp the coffee shops and restaurants and also close to a park to walk the dog. I would definitely stay here again.
We booked this BnB in order to spend some time in Fruita/GJ and a day trip to Moab. Great value compared to the prices in Moab and we enjoyed the solid hiking/MTB access in Fruita. Location made it easy to get anywhere we needed, trails, highway, downtown. The small fenced backyard was also helpful for our dog.
Nice location walkable to town. Very dog friendly with toys and fenced in side yard. Access to the large garage was ideal for bike and car storage. And while we weren’t there in the summer , central air is a nice perk because ironically not a lot of places in GJ area have it! (It’s the land of swamp coolers. )
