The living room and master suite open up to a private balcony which overlooks a community greenbelt and your choice of two community pool areas. The two pool areas are just steps away including a hot tub and lap pool that is heated October-April. The airy and bright kitchen features a small breakfast nook that seats four for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. An additional seating area is located in the great room that seats four. Included in the space is a full-size laundry room with a washer, dryer, and drying rack for your convenience during your stay. Desert Falls Country Club provides guests access to a large fitness center and nine tennis courts. The use of both the fitness center and tennis courts is included with your stay. The community provides 24-hour security and secure access. All well behaved (and potty trained) pets are welcome! If you choose to bring a furry friend along with you there will be a 1 time additional and non-refundable pet fee of $100 added to your reservation upon booking.
