We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From start to finish the townhome was exactly as described and Kim was an amazing host. The showers were hot, the beds super comfortable. The washer and dryer were amazing- super fast cycles. Beautiful decor with lots of beach and bath towels. And, there was a pantry in which to put our food so it wasnt all on the counter. Bonus! We highly recommend this rental on North Cap!

We really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island! The weather was lovely, and the beach and preserve were spectacular. We enjoyed using the bikes and golf carts to explore the island. There were plenty of beach towels, sand chairs, umbrellas and coolers available for our use. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. The living area and dining room were quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The ceiling in the bedroom with the twin beds was much lower than it appeared in the photos. We would not recommend this room for adults or older children as it was a pretty tight fit for us. Additionally, there were more stairs than we anticipated, which was a bit of an issue for our group. Kimberly was a gracious host who responded immediately whenever we had a question. She checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was ok.
