Such a lovely place to stay! It actually was a lot bigger than we expected when we arrived so that was a nice surprise. The hot tub and garden was a lovely treat and all furniture was very comfy! Would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful few days at Mike’s place. Clean comfortable and convenient. The scenery was breathtaking, we saw deers, muntjac, pheasants, rabbits, and lots of birdlife. The hot tub was amazing and so relaxing after a long day exploring. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much.

This was the perfect base from which to escape to take in the treasures of the Norfolk coastline. The hot tub was sublime. All of the amenities you would expect to find were stocked. The places was warm, cozy and very well furnished. Our host, Michael, was superb, offering detailed directions and even a few kitchen essentials upon arrival making check in an absolute dream.

Great stay, lovely walks to and from the local village and the hot tub was amazing. The place itself was immaculate and everything exactly as described, we had a great getaway.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Woodlands. The place was spotlessly clean. Loved the hot tub and playing a few games of pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the cookies that were left for us a lovely welcome treat when we arrived. The outside area was a bit rough and ready with materials and equipment around. It wouldn't be particularly safe if you had small children. The owners adjoining property is clearly a work in progress. A few additions like some lamps in the lounge and a towel hook in the ensuite (and a coffee machine 😁) would take it from a 4 star to a 5 star property for me. All in all it was a great property and we would definitely go back.
