Best place to stay in condolim if you want to be close to the beach! Beach, restaurants, bike rentals everything was walkable and the house is as shown in the pictures. Ruchika also gave us early check in so loved the flexibility. all amenities were present

First of all, the place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Even more beautiful and very clean. The balcony and the terrace gives you more relaxed feeling. I have stayed with my family and they just loved this place. All the facilities they have provided are good and working properly. The owner, Ruchika and caretaker are extremely helpful and friendly. Surrounding area is also good for the family. The beach is just on a walkable distance. And the beach is simply beautiful. I have stayed here for 3 days. And I already have recommended this place to my relatives. @Ruchika - Thank you and Keep it up 😊 (I have not came across any safety related issues in the surrounding or in the building. The place is completely safe for the family.)

The water pressure was very bad, taps had very low pressure in the bathroom and Jet spray also .The building staff and manager that came said that it's the at the best water pressure and cannot be fixed any further. Also, the room AC was not cooling even after it was at 16 .That room requires a bigger AC . Additionally the fan did not work at the fastest Speed . It was quite uncomfortable to sleep at night. Lastly the curtains were so thin and that place has direct sunlight so after 7 am so the room was bright which didn't allow us to sleep after sunrise . Suggest the bedroom has dark curtains or blinders .The location is ok but the house definitely needs maintenance

The place was not properly maintained, Amenities are in bad state, In living area a cooler or ac needs to be provided, in washroom there is no exhaust also the water pressure is very less, property has only 1 ac which is also not working properly We had got dirty bed mats, washroom mats, kitchen mats, stains in sofa, terrace is also dirty, No bed is provided as shown in pics The main thing is the pathways from the road you have to get inside a narrow passage where the exhaust of the restaurant delhi will blow in your face, you will experience garbage smell and stains all over the floor after that you have to go back to the building where is the entrance with all broken path easily to fall with no proper lights also at night time restaurant staffs will sit near the back entrance and drink It was a nightmare for all of us , it is not safe for family. They are only extracting money from it AirBnB needs to take proper action for this. Not recommend for anyone.

Beautiful place and looked exactly like in the pictures, we stayed here for almost a week, loved the vibe of this Accommodation and right from the day our reservation was confirmed, Ruchika & her team made sure we were kept well informed about anything required, location is convinient with restaurants around and not too far from the beach plus house is beautiful and felt just at home, also though they have mentioned only bike parking is available they took care of our car parking too, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sytlish and a comfortable stay with ur family or a group of friends
