Lovely little place that worked perfectly for two couples. Cutely decorated with all you need. Would have preferred softer quality towels. Very quiet area within easy access to Keswick, Derwent Water and surrounding lakes.

We really enjoyed staying in this appartment with our 1.5yr old and small dog. It’s a 20 min walk to the centre of Keswick which has more than you need available for eating out/groceries etc. I would highlight accessibility (given this is ground floor) it is not step free. This was fine for us as long as someone did not park outside the front door. Also v.handy having a dishwasher and washer dryer available for us. Appartment and parking not the easiest to find the first time, but very easy after that. Keswick cottages - Please please provide your guests with bigger towels! These are tiny. We also unfortunately had a strange smell in the master bathroom cupboard which seemed to come and go. Overall we would recommend a stay here!

A beautiful property with many original features. The property was clean throughout and well stocked with equipment. Aimee was on hand for any queries we had and replied almost straight away. Thanks we’d love to return if we came back to Keswick.

Beatifully presented place, we did however find it very cold, even after boosting the heating. There was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom in master bedroom. Smelt like drains and made the living room smell. Very unpleasant. Other than that, really nice place.
