This was my second stay here but my husband’s first stay. One of the best things about this space is the location right on Lake Erie. The view and the water sounds are beautiful! The space itself is cozy and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. If you like birdwatching, you can see many species right in Port Ryerse or take a scenic drive to Long Point. We would recommend this place.

a cozy & warm stay. very quiet area with calming wave sounds from Lake Erie and sweet little shops in nearby Port Dover.

This was our second time at Marit's place and walking through the door felt like coming home. Ican'tquite explain what it is about this place that feels so homey. My husband and I came here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and decided to stay for 3 nights which ended up being the perfect amount of time. We loved just hanging out inside, enjoying the beach front, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Cannot recommend this place enough!
