I had rented the property for 2 days. I was very excited to meet up with my family and spend my birthday together. When we arrived, the entire outside space was flooded( except the driveway and the entrance which was concrete). I had planned so many outdoor activities and wasn’t able to do. Many of the outside amenities I wasn’t able to use. The fire pit, the backyard, the river front space with the deck. I rented the property mostly for the outdoor amenities. I wasn’t informed by the host about the situation . When reached out- she told me “ it’s that time of the year.” At least she could have reached out to me letting me know about the condition or even see if we could have change the date so we can enjoy our stay to the max. For family of 7, there was not enough dishes to eat together. Not enough toilet paper or paper towel or dish soap to use and no lundry soap. Two of the beds were in very bad condition. If you stay at this place- make sure to bring everything as a backup.

It was a very beautiful water side location. The home was clean and had updated appliances. I would stay with this host again.

This was our second stay at Emily’s place within the last two months. Both visits were wonderful! The place was very clean, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. The living room was great for hanging out with family and many delicious meals were cooked in the well stocked kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful……especially with the snow this time! Thank you for sharing your home.
