beautiful home! we enjoyed our stay on the river. it was pretty cold out so we spent alot of time at the cabin. the only complaint is firewood was mentioned as being provided on the listing but we ended up having to buy our own from up the street. we didn't end up using much of it either because it was so windy and cold so we left it behind for the next visitors. other than that no complaints! would definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed staying at Brian's riverside cabin for a quiet getaway to see the total solar eclipse. Beautiful house with plenty of space for the four of us. Thoughtfully remodeled with big windows offering gorgeous views of the Allegheny River. Great proactive communication from our hosts made arrival and check-in a breeze. All around great stay. I'd love to return in summer when conditions would be more conducive to paddling and swimming.

Loved our weekend getaway on the river. Brian and Jaclyn were super responsive and helpful, and their place is so charming—the rustic modern minimalist style really complements the scenic river setting. We had dinner right down the road at Forester’s, which was excellent, and soaked in the clear night skies along the river bank. A five-star experience all around.

Great location on the Allegheny River close to the amenities in town or remote enough to relax. Spacious bedrooms and well equipped home. We loved using the binoculars to watch the merganser ducks in the river.

Lovely riverside cabin for a getaway with friends. Well-stocked, cozy home without clutter. Stylish and comfortable interior. Fantastic panoramic river views and steps down to the water. Easy drive to hiking trails. Recommend!
