We absolutely love Playa Hermosa and this house was perfect for the big group we were traveling with.

The house is awesome, except one bed was swayback like a bad horse. At this price decent mattresses should be provided. The location was impossible to beat for a family vacation. At almost no costs the owner could have provided some plastic beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Buyers beware to stop at store before arrival. Not provided (even for first day): shampoo, conditioner, coffee, absolutely nothing but salt/pepper. For very little increase in owner's cost this could have been a 5 star rental. DO NOT trust the manager Macho for his promises of discounts or his referrals for excursions. He insisted on 8:30 maid service and only changed it to 10 upon threat of not allowing any at all. He promised a discount for meals next door, false promise. He recommends using Greddy Mena (Amazing Adventures). After payment in advance, boat was retasked from parasailing, so no seating. Lack of tackle resulted in kids not fishing at all. He promised free jetskis to compensate, no show!
