We had the most wonderful stay at Helen’s Shepherds Hut. There were so many personal touches that made us feel so at home immediately and thoroughly welcomed. We could have asked for better amenities in the hut, with absolutely everything you need. It felt modern, clean and cosy with an amazing view of cows in the field right outside. We had lots of privacy, space to park and also knew Helen and Adrian were there if we needed them. The WiFi was great, the bed was super comfy and there was space for our bags too. The village is perfect to walk around and explore with everyone we came across being so friendly. You feel out of the way from the city but with easy access to Marlborough and Salisbury too. Such an amazing stay and we cannot recommend enough!

Staying at Helen’s Hut was a magical experience. Right out in the countryside with cows nearby and a beautiful 19th century church, The Hut is charming, peaceful and especially cosy during a thunderstorm. Helen was the kindest and most gracious of hosts, always available through the app, driving me about & even doing my laundry. With under floor heating, lovely decor (especially the toile curtains) and an amazing shower I didn’t want to leave. Also, undertook several uplifting walks on Salisbury Plain that she recommended. Thanks for everything Helen & Adrian.

I recently stayed at Helen's tiny house and had a fantastic experience. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious for its size. It had all the essentials—fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, and a compact kitchenette, bbq area in a lovey garden. The attention to detail in the layout and amenities was impressive, making it a comfortable and functional space. Helen was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and local recommendations. She even left a small welcome gift, personalised instructions, breakfast and marshmallows for the fire! The outdoor area was great for relaxing, adding to the overall charm. Additionally, she was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, allowing us to be flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here for a unique and enjoyable experience. Thanks, Helen for making my stay so pleasant! I hope to return soon!!

Helen was so accommodating making sure we knew all information including places to walk and to eat etc. The hut was so sweet and just what i needed in a peaceful area in the countryside. Nice touches included! Will deffo be back! Xx

We had such a great weekend! Helen and her husband were so incredibly kind and helpful. The hut was just perfect for a weekend getaway with our small dog. It was so clean and comfortable. The area was also beautiful, and the local pub amazing for food. We have no doubt that we’ll be back again. Thank you so much!!
