A Studio, FULLY FURNISHED & Equipped ROOM w/Very quiet and relaxing ambient, Private Single Glass Entry/Exit Door to wooden walkway & deck, Mini-Fridge, hot plate, Microwave, 3/4 Bathroom w/ Full-sized Vanity & sink, membership in Planet Fitness included (if you join, we’ll pay your $10/month fee… as long as you’re our Guest! lol ) You’ll have a PRIVATE BATHROOM, with a smaller than usual Standing Shower WITH a built-in Tile Seat—( a wee-bit smaller than some showers). The Entry/Exit Door has an additional exterior “Storm Door” which serves as a screen door. The Patio & Deck with an outdoor cooking station & two BBQS are for your use also! The grassy backyard patio area has lawn & sitting chairs, an inversion table (use at your pleasure & risk!), and access to the Covered Deck, Outdoor Freezer, dining room table and chairs, etc. (We, your hosts, or other guests, (?), may occasionally share some of these spaces, ok?) Private, OFF-Street Parking on a hard gravel area off the main driveway, or use of the carport (separate fee?), are available. Also, a “Laundry-Mat or Wash’teria” is a 3-4 minute drive— our personal SAMSUNG Washer & Dryer are not normally available. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
