we were a family of 12. 8 adults and 4 children, aged 4, 6, 8 and 10. the house was huge, so there was plenty of room for us to do things together or separately. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is plenty to do in the area for all ages, and we had a lovely meal at the Juggs pub only about a 5 minute drive. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, so we weren't able to use the outside space as much as we would have liked. Emma got back to us quickly when we had questions. A lovely house in a quiet location.

Emma's home was truly a home away from home. For a family holiday with 5 kids and 6 adults it was perfect. We had plenty of space and found ourselves utilising everything the home had to offer, from the pool to the ping pong table to the wonderful patio spaces and the multitude of indoor retreats. The kitchen has all of the necessary equipment and the outdoor BBQ came in handy a few times. Emma was a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed our stay at her place in Iford!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Norton Barn. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great and it rained … a lot! This wasn’t a problem though as we still swam every day in the lovely heated outdoor pool, we played loads of table tennis and cooked some great meals in the fabulous kitchen which had everything you could ask for. A real highlight was the first floor lounge room with its lofty ceilings and huge comfy sofas, enough for everyone to stretch out on and enjoy our nightly movie marathons! Thank you Emma for a lovely stay.

Emma's house was a wonderful place for a holiday with extended family. It looked great in the photos but was even better in reality! The swimming pool was fantastic and the house was really well equipped. Lovely quiet area and an easy walk into Lewes. Emma was great with communication. Definitely thinking of coming again!

We spent a lovely 3 days staying in Iford. We had ample space for the 10 of us, and it was especially useful to have some bedrooms upstairs and some downstairs as we had lots of kids who all went to bed at different times. The house is beautiful and well located to explore the surrounding areas. Thank you Emma, it was perfect for our family stay.
