The house certainly needs some maintenance. Grass was not mowed and there was a jacket in the yard out back that someone had left. Dishes needed cleaned before we could use them and there is a soft spot in the kitchen floor. Hair piled in the corners of the bathroom. Can definitely tell there was water damage at some point in the ceiling and floors. It was decorated nicely and the beds were comfy. Certainly appreciated having 3 bathrooms! The cards and board games were nice to have as well. Overall it served its purpose of what we needed. It just could use better cleaning and maintenance.

This was a great place for a weekend trip to Nashville. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group.

The place was very nicely designed with a comfortable ambiance. Space, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very sufficient for the 8 of us. I bit farther away than we expected. Great experience, and we would suggest to others.
