Carlo is a great host …why? … he knows the real care for customer like me. During my stay, sky broadband had an outage but Carlo was able to provide a back up connection for us to stay connected which we need for work. Place is amazingly nice, comfortable and beautiful. Perfect way to see relax while working at home. Highly recommended and worth money to pay for.

While I appreciate Carlo's friendly nature and proactivity in helping us check in and adding the coffee maker request, I find that the thick dusts all over, floor stains, and mites in the fridge made our stay bad. Also, I find it weird that Carlo and a company waited at the room door since before checkout time as if waiting for us to leave already. Hope this can be addressed asap.

He is responsive host. The place is complete with amenities. Kids are have a great time in pool and playground. Very nice place. Thank you
