Swimming pool use and gym access are free of charge, guests has to inform host ahead of time if they are going to use the amenities. 20th Floor 1 bedroom loft-type unit with up to 100mbps WiFi. Guests are required to submit their valid IDs and plate number at least 3 days before their stay for early bookings. The unit's base rate is for 4 pax only. We charge an additional 250 per head for excess guests. The maximum number of guests is 6 pax.
