The host was very responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay at his place. He gave clear instructions to everything we need, from check-in until our check-out. Everything is clean from the lobby, activity area, and the unit itself. Indeed, his place is overall cozy. Almost everything there is provided, except for the food, of course. Aside from the shared activities, such as pool, court, and playground with trampoline, we enjoyed in his unit by using their karaoke and PlayStation. They also have card games and drinking roulette which will surely be enjoyed if played with friends. Moreover, their roof deck is quite amazing, both during the day and night, as you will definitely see the cities and mountains. Also, you can see the nearby malls like SM Marikina and Ayala Feliz. All amenities are just as advertised! Therefore, if you are looking for a peaceful location to stay at, this place is highly recommended. Thanks again to our kind and responsive host! :)
