Staying at Umesh's house for a few month's during ski season was great. The layout of the house provided space to work remotely, the Wifi was fast and reliable, and overall it worked great for us. The location was really good in terms of getting to Tahoe Donner XC center and was a pretty easy drive to Alpine/Palisades. The HOA complex has routine plowing and guest parking spots, which are both great amenities. The house is right on a fairly busy road, but with windows closed, the road noise isn't bad. Umesh was super responsive to the few things that came up during our extended stay, and quickly got folks out to help us with the necessary repairs. We'd love to come back!

The airing was exactly as described and stocked with with extras that you might need or want. It's located in a beautiful area and was so comfortable. Umesh, is a great host and responds promptly with any questions you have. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and would love to come back for another stay. We had a great stay!

We rented this great house during the winter and it was convenient for our family skiing. The house was very comfortable and everything was easy and straightforward! Location is great in Tahoe Donner, easily accessible off the main road (convenient for storms/winter driving!) Note that the garage is tight if you have a large SUV.

We had a fantastic months stay. Umesh was almost instant with his communication and very helpful. The kids loved having their own space upstairs and being able to play outside. We hope we can make if back next year.
