We enjoyed our stay. We had two couples and three kids total and the place was the perfect size. The location is great - right next to Tahoe Donner which would be a really nice ski place for kids or beginners. There was also a wonderful place to go sledding about 7 minutes away. We had an issue with collected snow damaging one of the bedroom windows at about 5 PM on a Friday evening and someone came to help within an hour.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location is great, the layout of the unit is pretty reasonable and practical, the property also seemed well managed overall. I only had a few issues/observations that were eventually resolved (or do not matter much) 1) the place was clean overall but the under-bed floor was dusty in the master bedroom 2) We arrived during a big snow storm, so driveway was covered with snow. We asked whether they could come clean it given that whatever cleaning they did beforehand did not really help. They eventually agreed to come clean the snow the next day, but no one actually showed up until I nudged them again in the late afternoon. They then requested an emergency cleaning team to come get rid of the snow at around 7 pm. Not a huge problem, but the communication didn't feel as smooth as it could have been. 3) the dishwasher was broken/not usable and we were informed on the day of arrival, which was quite last min--they did offer a partial refund, though.

Clean and comfortable stay with plenty of room for our group! Hot tub in title is not within the home and was unfortunately closed for the season

Great house. Very cozy and comfortable. My only complaint is the instructions state to wait to make reservations at Tahoe Donner until after you have your passes in hand but you should actually make the reservations in advance. There were no available reservations for Snowplay while we were there which was very disappointing. Otherwise I strongly recommend this house. Lovely place to stay.
