close to the airport like 5min ride by taxi. Check in at 10:30pm. No power at 12midnight to 12:20. No back up light nor flashlight in the room. Power back at 12:40. Lost power again at 3:20am til 3:40am and in 20min the loud beeping alarm was on for 20min. The caretaker didnt even bother to turn it off like the first time. Had a bad stay like no sleep at all. Very bad cignal for globe also. Free breakfast.

Thanks. If you need a place to stay near the airport (and especially if you arrive very late in the evening.) I think this is the place to stay so you can rest and recharge for your upcoming activities the following day in Davao. The host was responsive and accomodating. He has a 24 hour staff that can assist you. Breakfast is included, there is a sari-sari store just in front of the place. They also have a cafe beside. You would need a grab/taxi though when finding and exiting the place.
