Casa Bocayna is a beautiful, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with a private electrically heated salt water pool, located in a quiet gated complex in Playa Blanca. The villa is highly recommended for both winter and summer holidays! A comfortable house with an enclosed dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas, TV and air conditioning. The villa offers free wifi and international TV channels. Casa Bocayna has a master bedroom with a double bed with patio doors leading to the pool/terrace, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. The twin bedroom has a window overlooking the pool, air conditioning and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Around the pool you will find the sunbeds, on the terrace a table with chairs, windscreen and stone BBQ. The gated complex also has a communal swimming pool for guests to use.

Just returned from a relaxing 10 days in Casa Bocayna. It is a lovely, spacious, airy villa with a great pool. The villa had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. La Goleta is a quiet gated area and has a great communal pool too. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Faro Park. Suzanne was great as always! Hope to be back soon.

Lovely villa, quiet and peaceful. Well equipped. Suzanne was extremely helpful Would have appreciated instructions about TV as we found it difficult to connect. Also an additional gate key would have been useful for 3 adults Would recommend this property.

Fantastic villa. Everything needed for a relaxing holiday is here. Pool area had sun from 9am to 7pm in mid July. Safe and secure location. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Easy access to buses if required. The host is brilliant with great communication from booking to leaving. A very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Casa Bocayna is located in a private, quiet residential area. In addition to the private pool, there is a communal pool that you can use (not heated).
Via the south exit of the complex it is about 3-5 minutes walk to the various restaurants, coffee/bars, supermarket and taxi place. The bus stop is across the road as you exit the gate.
