Enjoy our newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with a glimpse of Seneca lake just 2 blocks away. Gorgeous fully stocked quartz kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Comfortable queen bed-work space - Living room/dining area with 52” TV and 8’ sliders open onto a 10’x 20’ deck where you can enjoy sunrises or dine under the stars. Washer/dryer Over 50 wineries within 30 miles, 20 within 15 minutes. The unit can be booked with our Copper Barn Garden Unit to accommodate up to 6 guests. The Copper Barn Seneca View apartment is located in the quant village of Dresden, only 2 blocks from Seneca Lake and Keuka Outlet Trail, which connects to Keuka Lake (7 mile trail you can ride with our bikes). You are in a fantastic location-Hiking trails are endless, Watkins Glen, a gem is just 25 min away. Penn Yan is the closest town that borders Keuka Lake with wonderful restaurants and shops while Geneva -20 minutes north adorns the north shore of Seneca Lake with waterfront path,breweries, shops and quant Linden Street with restaurants and music on the weekends seasonally. The cozy bedroom has beautiful light and a corner work space. A new plush queen memory foam mattress and luxury sheets are complemented by an antique headboard and mirror we reclaimed from the original barn. The kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous meal including great cutlery and platters for your charcuteries. Plenty of wine glasses both glass and plastic. The deck has a table w/ umbrella that seats 4 with 3 additional areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Picnic baskets can be used upon request for the day. The Copper Barn Seneca and Garden along with the Wine Country Suite unit can house up to 8 people total. We offer a tasting menu, brunch or small rehearsal dinners for groups with advance notice.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay when visiting the Finger Lakes! It’s in the middle of west side of Seneca Lake which makes it not that far from all the places you want to visit. I was impressed on how clean the apartment was when I arrived. Richelle and Dean are wonderful hosts and they outgoing and friendly! Next time I’m in the finger lakes area- I will be booking a stay at the Copper Barn!
Richelle's Copper Barn apartment is an absolute gem in every way! Cozy, cute, and spotlessly clean with high quality new construction & appliances, their space is full of amenities and beautifully decorated--just as the pictures show. It checks all of the boxes with a comfortable bed, great shower, & comfy sofa & chairs. An added delight is that it is light & airy. :-) This was one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had! Richelle and Dean are wonderful, welcoming hosts, and clearly have a passion for providing a very special place to stay for their guests. Richelle was super prompt in communicating and gave clear, friendly, and easy instructions for the check-in, parking, and checking out. If you are looking to tour the local wineries, this is a perfect place to stay that is centrally located along Seneca Lake in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Thank you so much, Richelle and Dean!! The next time I visit the area, I would absolutely love to stay here again!
Had such a lovely peaceful stay, the location was great for quick get away and Richelle was very responsive as a host and it was so clean and nice!!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were nice and the space was very clean. We would definitely consider this space again when we are in the area.
Richelles place was great! It was very clean and tidy. It had a lovely little deck and back patio area. The provided bikes were great, and her place was nice and close to the outlook trail. After booking, Richelle sent some information about her place and about local attractions / restaurants that was very useful. Overall, we had a greatvstay at Richelles place.

Village Of Dresden is a quiet walkable village. located on Seneca Lakes west side. The Keuka Outlet Trail starts a few blocks from our property and runs all the way to Penn Yan- 7 miles. It’s approximately a one hour bike ride from our house to Penn Yan and a 45 minute bike ride on the way back. The highlight of the outlet trail is Seneca Mill Falls. We are a quick 10 minute drive to Penn Yan, as well as Keuka Lake. Penn Yan offers multiple restaurants, grocery stores, liquor, stores, small movie theatre,antique shops and kayak/paddle board rentals.
Our area is extremely walkable, but it is advisable to have a car to get around to the outlining areas such as restaurants, grocery stores etc.

I am passionate about bringing homes back to life and have restored many houses over the past several years, yet Charles street has been the most rewarding. I have always enjoyed the Finger Lakes and hope my home provides a base for others to explore the beautiful lake country.
