Stunning panoramic water views! Enjoy this classic cozy coastal home with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen & lagoon style saltwater pool. Lots of covered deck space, including a screened-in porch for relaxing after a day in the sun. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an enclosed outdoor shower and a unique 3rd floor crow’s nest. Located on quiet neighborhood street with easy walk to the beach. Bring your water toys for this is a waterfront home with private boat ramp and pool. Sunday check-in. Check-in is available on Sunday's with a minimum 6 night rental. We are providing long distance travelers the option of checking out on Saturday for their long distance travel needs. Check calendar dates for rates. NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our home is perfect for 2 families with small children or 6 adults due to the bed configuration. 1st floor Queen bedroom, TV living room with sofa pull out full bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer and walk out to patio, boat ramp, outdoor shower and pool area. 2nd floor Queen bedroom with large closet & dresser, full bathroom, TV living room, loaded kitchen with kitchen table for 8, and another bedroom for the kids with full bed and single bunk bed. Walk out to screen porch deck and stairs down to patio, boat ramp and pool. We were extremely pleased with the whole house and all the amenities offered. The house was so welcoming and everything was just as Kim had told us. She responded quickly to any questions and offered clear answers and explanations. It was truly a magical experience for all of us. We were blessed with great weather and so enjoyed the pool. Everyone slept well. We went home with great stories, felt cared for, and are already talking about a return visit. The added bonus was all the fun we had finding octopuses!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Great Escape. We were greeted with cute mementos and everything matched the description plus some! (There were some amenities we weren't even expecting!) The decor was very cute, homey, and cottage-like. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was well-stocked. We kayaked and paddleboarded right off the back ramp (rented from Moneysworth). It was a short walk to the beach access but we were still able to find parking when we wanted to schlep the (rented) surfboard over. Ending the day relaxing in the pool and watching the gorgeous sunsets over the bay from the top deck were highlights! Loved it and hope to return!

STAY HERE! What a great spot in a beautiful place. Sandbridge is the perfect hideaway with the beach and back bay! True beach vibes and laid back life at its best!!! The “Great Escape” is beyond comfortable and nestled right on the bay with a quick walk to the ocean. The home was well equipped and had a phenomenal kitchen. The views from the top deck of the sunset are some of the best ever and the screened in porch provides a great space for relaxing! You will not be disappointed!!!

Kim’s house was perfect for our family of 5, the pool and canal were great for swimming and paddle boarding and the beach was a short walk away. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and provided a nice spot for a midday break from the sun. The kitchen was fully stocked and the whole house was very clean. The garage was also great for keeping all our beach gear. Kim was a great host and I would definitely recommend.
