Kyle's property is more than advertised. A very quiet neighborhood, very peaceful, and beautiful views of the river. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering this place. Kyle was very friendly , and reached out numerous times to make sure we were settled , and had an enjoyable time

Kyle's home in Chaumont was set in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of Three Mile Bay great for tossing a fishing line, kayaking or SUPing. The towns of Sackets Harbor and Clayton were nearby and great to visit for shopping and restaurants. Kingston, ON was a one hour 20 min drive if you want to get a feel for a European town filled with excellent restaurants. We also rented a pontoon in Clayton and spent the day on the St. Lawrence River. Our family of 5 had a great week in this area!

Excellent family stay. Clean private and large enough for a family of 6. Easy to navigate to. Excellent communication with Kyle. Had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the house and location. The home was cozy and decorated in a nautical style, but not overdone. Very tasteful. Waterfront property, very close to the narrow end of the bay, where the shore birds and water birds gathered. The tiered deck and dock offered the perfect vantage points to enjoy all the waterfront has to offer. The beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy, for the early fall nights. Our host, Kyle, was responsive, helpful and proactive to ensure that our stay was all we could wish for!
