Marsha’s place was just what we needed for a girls weekend. This home is very roomy, kitchen was amazing, we sat around the huge island and enjoyed several meals. Great for entertaining. Location was ideal. Within walking distance or a very short drive to the downtown area, with great restaurants and cute little shops. We took a painting class one afternoon at a local studio. Marsha was very responsive, I had a few questions after booking. I will definitely remember this listing and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home on the most incredible property overlooking the marsh. Huge kitchen open to the family and dining rooms - which all look out to the marsh. Great layout with huge screened in porch and a patio with fire pit. We had the most incredible Thanksgiving week there with our family. Marsha is very helpful and very quick to respond. We will definitely be back!
