We always enjoy our stays at Garden Cottage! This time we had some lovely weather and the lovely gardens.

A beautiful secluded and wonderful place to stay. We were lucky to find Jane’s property for a long stay over Christmas while work was done on our house. Jane couldn’t have been more helpful, and even let us visit the house before check in to see what we would need to bring with us. Beautifully furnished with masses of space and amazing for bird watching (even a friendly pheasant in the garden some mornings!) we felt at home from the minute we checked in. Close to Henley for everything you need and the cheese shed in Nettlebed was well visited (we even went there for carols just before Christmas!) Thank you Jane for making what could have been a very stressful time a wonderful magical stay in the woods over the festive period!

We so enjoyed our stay at Garden Cottage with several days of lovely weather (and some rain - but that's England in November!). The house is super comfortable and welcoming. We hope to have the opportunity to return!

My family and I stayed at Jane’s home for three blissful weeks. From the minute we stepped inside, we felt at home. Exactly as in the pictures with top notch furnishings. It’s feels more of a home than a rental property. We had plenty of space to “work from home” and also enjoy ourselves - a spacious kitchen to enjoy and a large backyard. The house layout is really super - lots of privacy and tons of light. The area is quiet and peaceful with many different songbirds to entertain. A short and pretty walk to a town pub and some other local activities. A 10 minutes drive to Henley. An easy hour drive into London or a train from Maidenhead. We could not have been happier and during our trip already booked for next summer. Jane shared terrific local suggestions and was very responsive to any questions. We were even able to arrange an in-person visit which was special. This property is a gem!

I have just spent three weeks at Garden Cottage which is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well equipped with amazing artwork. Surrounded by woodland yet, only ten minutes from Henley, it is the perfect spot. Jane could not have been more helpful, responding promptly to any queries. I would highly recommend this lovely property and hopefully look forward to returning next year. Annie Stevens
