Sarkis was a very nice host and helped us out on short notice when our original accommodation fell through. However, I must admit that for the price we paid, we expected a bit more. Despite it being a last-minute booking during peak season, the condition of the property left something to be desired. There were a few maintenance issues like broken outdoor furniture and light switches, and the pool area seemed a bit neglected. The pool was very dirty upon our arrival, and despite Sarkis's assurance that a cleaner would come by, it was disappointing to learn they weren't available on the weekend. Since we chose the property mainly for the pool, this was a bit of a letdown as we weren't able to fully enjoy it even after spending time trying to clean it ourselves. On a positive note, the grill area was fantastic, and the built-in gas grill made it easy for us to enjoy outdoor cooking, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Gran casa. A solo 15 minutos de Empire Polo Club. Sarkis es un anfitrión muy abierto y accesible, además que contesta rápido todo pero hay que ser muy honesto también con él en cuanto a Requerimientos para recibir esa buena atención de su parte. Me volvería a quedar sin duda si vuelvo a ir a la zona. La casa está impecable.

I had a group of 12 people that stayed at this house for my birthday/Memorial Day weekend and it was more than enough space for us. Very clean and the ac came in handy due to it being 95+ degrees. Neighborhood was nice and secured. All in all this is a good house to stay in. Sarkis is very helpful and responsive when it came to asking where certain things were. If you have any doubts on booking this house do not worry Sarkis will take care of you and your group just like he did mine.

This was a great place for my friends and I. Sarkis was very responsive and helped us out with any inquiry we had. It was a great location and conveniently close to stores. I would definitely stay here again.
