We had a great time staying here for our one year anniversary! The house was fun and clean, and we also loved the board games and hot tub. Perfect distance from Fredericksburg and Erin gave us some local recommendations for other fun activities. Perfect stay!

beautiful updated home with charming characteristics, such as solid wood floors and subway tile. As a family we had all the space needed to spread out and spend 5 days in the house. the BBQ grill was large and clean, we used it often. the living room had plenty of space and TV options, great room to relax during the heat of the day. would highly recommend staying in this adorable and well appointed house. Erin was a great host!

This adorable house was perfect! Erin was extremely accommodating and the house was outfitted in so many thoughtful ways like extra towels and linens, snacks and welcoming signs. The house was decorated beautifully, clean and had tons of space. We loved the hot tub and backyard space and appreciated being able to take our dog. It was only a 20 minute drive to Fredericksburg and within 5 minutes to Schreiner Univ and restaurants. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Erin!
