This is a great location. It’s easy to get in and out of, and entry instructions were clear. I do wish we had had two keys, as we were two families sharing the space, but it worked out. The description is helpful but lacking a Bit of information- the downstairs is one bedroom, bathroom, Landry and a living room. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two child sized beds in each, and a master bedroom with an attached bath and an extra bathroom in the hall. Worked out fine for us but just something good to know. The kitchen is fine, but some of the appliances don’t work still (dishwasher and the microwave over the stove is tapped shut, but there is a free standing microwave) and the lights are a bit confusing. Some of the plugs/outlets don’t work (the master bathroom for example- so I was drying my hair from a plug in the bedroom), and in general needs some upkeep and maintenance but great location. The outside deck is great-the kids had a great time running around and enjoying the space.

Great location & view. Very quiet & private neighborhood. Easy to get to town & surrounding areas. House was very comfortable & roomy. With a few upgrades it will be outstanding. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Viewpointe again.

We enjoyed our time in Fairbanks! Tom’s house is very nice and the location just great for us! We enjoy the house location that we can walk around in the neighborhood. Big kitchen with full function so we can easily buy local food from nearby super markets and cook! Recommend for a group of 5-6 people. Will come back again in the future.

The house needs repairs of appliances before its listed again. The refrigerator had broken handle, dishwasher didnt work, grill was absent, but their friends brought us a new one with tools to use with it. We really appreciated that because we had bought food to grill. Sheila was responsive to me asking her to explain Beds were fine except no top sheet. Yard could use upkeep. It was very clean overall. Washing & dryer very nice. It was same price as 2 houses we had reserved that were so lovely in decor! We still enjoyed our time in your house. Cleanliness very important to us.

They had everything we needed as far as practical items. That was wonderful. I also want to tell you how excited we were to have plenty of towels! There were five of us staying here and they were generous with towels. They also stock the practical stuff like laundry soap and shampoo. The beds are very comfy, which is very important. The home has a lot of privacy and felt safe. The back door screen doesn't lock properly so that made me a little nervous (we are from the city) but we kept the main door locked. I also liked how it had room both upstairs and down. The kids were able to watch TV upstairs while my husband studied and worked downstairs. Another plus is the alarm system that you can set at night or when you leave. It just gives the added assurance of safety.
