This is the most disgusting Airbnb I’ve ever encountered. To collect the keys you have to go to a 7/11, and the wrong keys were given. Host eventually arrived and let us in, only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. Cleaners arrived and finally got into the apartment at 10pm after check in was meant to be at 3. One of the showers wasn’t working. There is a HUGE cockroach infestation. We killed more than 25+ during our stay. The place was dirty, disgusting, hosts couldn’t care less. Have reported them to Airbnb. DO NOT STAY HERE. I was in town for a conference and there was nothing else available for my group so was forced to stay. I feel sick just thinking about this property. Will be posting everywhere how awful this is. Save your money and don’t visit this DISGUSTING COCKROACH INFESTED PROPERTY. Host won’t provide a refund. Management are awful. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location and the facilities in the building are great, pool area and gym are excellent.

브로드비치와 가깝고 DF몰과도 가깝고 특히나 트램과 버스의 시작지점이자 종착지점 이여서 무척 좋았어요

Our stay went well! The hosts were super responsive, even when bath towels weren't initially provided (might've been an error on the cleaners behalf, not sure), they were quick to respond and provide some towels for us within the hour! It's right opposite Pacific Fair shopping centre as well which is great! Instructions were clear for check-in etc; We felt safe in the building. Just a note that the second bathroom doesn't have any ventilation fans, so be prepared to have a makeshift sauna when having a hot shower haha. The street noise levels are expected seeing as it's near the main street leading up to Surfers Paradise so be prepared to hear a steady flow of car engines revving up and down the strip. Parking was a breeze, we had our parking permit for the underground carpark, and weren't disrupted at all; however a warning that it is a bit of a maze going down (thank the architects for that one). Overall, would recommend Gold Coast Holidays, and would stay there again!
