This stylish Villa is ideal for small or large group trips. Hidden in one of the most beautiful and trendiest destinations in Mexico, Villa Wayak has to offer you an incredible retreat surrounded by a magical jungle and luxury. Combining handmade finishings with designed furniture, it features a spacious kitchen, dinning and living area, 5 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, a jacuzzi, private gym, steam room and an indoor pool.( heat system) If one of your concerns is safety/security for your holiday, we are inside of the only private residential area of Tulum. (Gated community) The dining room is located in a open and very spacious offering the most relaxing green views over Tulum's jungle beauty. It has a funky bar and is directly connected to the very large and professional kitchen which can cater for all tastes. The dining table can easily have 10 people eating in comfort. There is more furniture available to cater for larger groups and the staff will not hesitate to organize the facilities in the same but bigger way. The Villa is equipped with a Private Gym, sauna and jacuzzi!

Wow! Our original booking fell through last minute, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we stumbled upon this incredible villa! The property was nothing short of luxurious, offering every comfort you could wish for. Located in the trendy Aldea Zama neighborhood, it was conveniently situated, making trips to the beach and Tulum town effortless. Our concierge, Bel, was outstanding—friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. Don't miss the chance to stay at this exceptional spot!!!
Wow, just wow. This place was absolutely stunning. Identical to the pictures. What really made this booking special was our concierge Isaac. He went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. If we needed anything, he was available. He coordinated a chef and mixologist one night. He had our fridge stocked with groceries. He coordinated a catamaran excursion and helped us make changes due to weather. Overall, the location was great! Walking distance to a few restaurants, coffee shops, and tiny convenience stores. The house is in a gated community that has 24 hour security. We had the community pool to ourselves one day. It was a quick 2 minute walk from the house. The beach was a taxi ride away. Taxis only take pesos and you have to negotiate. They are a little pricey. We had an amazing time and would 150% recommend this Villa to anyone.
The Airbnb itself exceeds expectations upon arrival without a doubt. Furthermore, the responsiveness and help from Isaac, the property management contact, was next level. Isaac was extremely responsive and helped our group with reservations and taxis at a moments notice. I will be back!
Where to start? Everything was just perfect, we were a group of 12 friends and had an amazing time. The villa was cleaned every day. The living room just huge and with a good sound-system. Isaac was incredibly helpful with anything you might need. Just consider the villa is not close to the beach and the average cost of a taxi is 600 pesos per way. I would love to be able to be there again tomorrow 😂😂
