The address given on the advert did not match the property booked, this led to us entering a property that was already occupied by other air BnB users. That said, the team managing the property responded to our call promptly, provided the alternative address, and resolved the issue quickly. The property is ideal for a short stay, some minor furniture/fixture damages were evident but these were not inconvenient for us and owners were aware of them. Finally, the hosts asked us to pay a refundable deposit of £200, this payment was processed separately to the booking but was refunded promptly.
