With an open-plan living and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom, there is ample space for up to four guests spread out across three floors. LIVING AREA The open plan living and kitchen area is light and airy. There is one large green sofa so this space is ideal for the whole house to chill out and relax together after a long day of exploring Whitby. Switch on the flat screen TV and snuggle up with your loved ones to enjoy a cosy evening in. Please note that a sofa bed can be made up if requested before your stay to increase the occupancy to six. KITCHEN Also in this space is where you’ll find the kitchen: a cosy but respectable space under the stairs, the kitchen has shiny cabinets and white brick style tiles to create a clean, modern space. Fully equipped for all self catering stays, Albion Cottage has an oven, hobs, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a cafetiere so you can start your morning with a fresh coffee. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom boasts a comfy double bed complete with premium bedding and linens. There is a flat screen TV on the desk so you can watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your bed. The second bedroom has matching single beds. There is a homely look to the traditional space. The bathroom is modern and clean. It features a shower, WC and basin. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
